I'm not sure if you guys remember me, I was pretty active on this list as I
was upgrading from 2.1 to 2.4 [that was quite a bit of pain]. Now we just
upgraded to 2.6.3 :)

Problem: I have a map pane (ZoomPane to be precise) that has multiple layers
on it. What I'd like to do is turn off certain layers based on zooming
distance. How can this be achieved with filters in styles (if possible at
all) ? Currently, I do it just by implementing a zoom change listener that
turns off the layer automatically based on preconfigured thresholds.
