Hi Micheal,

you are right, it is the same, but in 2.5.4 (which i habe to use in this case) 
neither are supported. Can i simply use a epsg.sql from a newer geoworld 
release?

Hi Johannes,

I don't use Bing Maps so take this with a grain of salt, but I think
it uses the same spherical mercator projection as Google which is
EPSG:3857.  A bit of googling seems to confirm that (maybe I should
have binged instead :) but hopefully someone will leap in and correct
me if I'm wrong.
