Arnauld can you provide a summary of what you have done/learned so far? It 
sounds like people are helping you figure out a lot of steps and I would like 
to capture some of that information for the user guide.

As for helping you with image moasic; please review the documentation and 
sample data / test-cases. Make sure you can run one of these yourself before 
asking further questions. We would like to ensure you know where you are 
starting from.

If you are comfortable with how image moasic works for one directory of "tiles"
