Second that. If I knew where to start I would have used a boring Sunday to implement it. Can you share some directions so that someone interested can implement it? What classes have we to implement, and where have they to be plugged in? I tried to look in the raster symbolizer code a couple of months ago but got lost (it was one of those boring hours during the weekend, so I did not follow up).
