As Jody says, Geotools is "just" a library. We used it as SOAP services, using AXIS. You implement your code, using geotools, wrap it up, and deploy. voila. It also works as servlets, and others... Have a look for, say AXIS2 java tutorials, taht should help. And mavem makes it simple. Hope this helps, Martin
