hey :), Sry for the Newbie question, its my first few months in the GIS world , when i load a shpfile without setting the CRSsystem its shown CGS_WGS_1984 , if i add another layer with in it a certain point lets say 30.12 and 29.12 now i want to create a square a circle wtever whose center is the above point, with side one meter or radius one meter wht is the value should be add to the CRS 30.12 + 1meter ?????
in similar behaviour how to get the distance between two point in meteers ??
