I think you are asking what to fill in for those files so your image shows up
in the correct location?
Do you know the correct location already?
The file format is already defined on that page; you may wish to click the
"related" links near the top of the page for more information.
1 0.0359281435 Horizontal scale for a pixel
2 0.0000000000 Rotation for row, usually zero
3 0.0000000000 Rotation for column, usually zero
4 -0.0359281437 Vertical scale for pixel, usually negative as rasters
count down from the upper left corner
5 -179.9820349282 Translation, usually "easting" location of the upper
left pixel (ie column 0)
6 89.9820359281 Translation, usually "northing" location of the upper
left pixel (ie row 0)
If you don't know the location of the image you will have to:
- ask whoever gave it to you
- make a program to position the image and calculate the above values; usually
people do this by lining up key points to a background map. The process is
called "georeferencing an image"
