You need to have the whole set of GeoTools jars at the same revision.
If 52n uses 2.6.1 and has to be in the classpath, you need to also use
GeoTools 2.6.1 for your project.

Out of curiosity, what are these 52n libraries doing? Client or
Server? WPS/SOS/...
