The full Stack trace is below.

There seems to be 2 problems:

#1) with setting "optimizedDataLoadingEnabled" TRUE - if I turn this off, some 
error messages will disappear

#2) with calculating the generalization distance - if I set generalization to 0 
(renderer.setGeneralizationDistance(0)), then the polygon faces neatly fit 
together (only the SVG is somewhat big then)

I have uploaded a test SVG for illustration purposes here:

PS: other projections like Robinson etc. work well with the same code.
