Morning:
Can you take your question to the user list? Personally I don't use netbeans
and am unable to help; I do try and check the tutorials before I do a workshop
but I do not use NetBeans day to day.
If you cannot get netbeans to download the correct jar you may try going
through the steps to manually download GeoTools and set up your project that
way.
