It is. While the API was updated to support SE 1.1 extensions, the
implementation was not.
If you find anything that is in the SE 1.1 spec but not in the SLD 1.0
there is a high chance
it won't work when applied.
We have been looking for funding to complete our SE support for quite some
time, but it seems
nobody is interested. Maybe you want to patch some of the code and donate
the changes?
