Perhaps some of the details are different? You can also
check equalsIgnoreMetadata (which is a better test).

Note we do not expect the results of parsing WKT, and the official
definition from the EPSG database to be the same. The database has a lot
more detail, including transforms.

One of our workarounds, for *missing bursawolf parameters* is to read in
your WKT and then use it to look up a complete CoordinateReferenceSystem
from epsg-hsql.
