It might be overkill to add all of GeoTools to my application, so let me
ask a question here...

I have a program that reads object coordinate information from a socket and
I want to display the position of the objects on a map. I can determine
what mapping system each object position is reported in, but they won't all
be the same. The critical systems to understand are GCC, UTM, and MGRS. All
must be output as GDC.

Are there any examples of using GeoTools to simply do this kind of
coordinate conversion? Or, is there a better (simpler, or lighter weight)
package that I should consider? I have also looked at GeoTrans (from NGA)
but there is no documentation available on using their JNI API.

Thanks,
Thom
