Hello.
I would like to know if it's possible to create somekind of "WHERE" or a
filter inside a mapping file (similar to ogc:Filter but as already mentioned
it should be specified in the mapping file and not as part of the request)
or even in any other way, just as long as the filter is on the server side
and not given by the client?

If that's not possible is it somehow possible to disable the "automatic
reference" if the feature already exsits?
