We have two implementations of ISO 19107 Geometry, but they have not
attracted funding to be hooked up to the DataStores. Indeed this kind of
work rarely attracts funding and is holding back our open source industry :(
The good news is we have a pull request (
https://github.com/geotools/geotools/pull/498) extending JTS with Arc and
Circle classes that is in the review process. The implementation is based
converting arcs and circles to line strings dynamically as required for
spatial calculations.
This work will appear in the beta release on friday and we would love your
help testing.
