I have been on holiday, not sure what is up based on the info you provided.
The failure should be a bit further up in the logos. Still we should take
this build question to the user list and seek clarification.
The build for 13-SNAPSHOT (
http://ares.opengeo.org/jenkins/view/geotools/job/geotools-13.x/) is
working so I am not sure what the problem could be.
