GeoTools 15.3 is published, available on source forge <https://sourceforge.net/projects/geotools/files/GeoTools%2015%20Releases/15.3> (and in our maven repository <http://download.osgeo.org/webdav/geotools/>).
GeoTools 15.3 is a maintenance release focused on bug fixes. While this release is suitable for production systems we recommend planning your upgrade to GeoTools 16. In addition to bug fixes this release upgrades to ImageIO-EXT 1.1.16 for raster formats.
