Hello List,
Using Geotools, what's the standard practice for finding the appropriate
CRS to perform a buffer operation on a, say, Line Geometry?
I want to say
Geometry buffer = theGeom.buffer(1000); // 1000 meters.
First I need to transfo rm theGeom, but I don't know how to discover the
appropriate meter based CRS.
TheGeom could be Hawaii, it could be in New York.
Thanks for any pointers.
