What questions do you have? Also, some of them may be better discussed
on the GeoTools Devel list (if they are about potential changes to
GeoTools).
In addition to the documentation, it may be worth reviewing the
Contributing guide here
(https://github.com/geotools/geotools/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md) to
see some of the steps you'll need to go through in order to submit
contributions.
