I also have access to a iPAQ which I don't use. So I also thought of using it as a GPS data logger. Below I pasted you some URLs I foud a while ago.
Due to lack of time I never managed to prepare my GPS setup.
I am keen to hear about your experience.
What kind of antenna are you working with? Bluethooth, USB, serial port?

I'm looking for a free (speech or beer) lightweight gps app for an ipaq
(windows mobile 5) with an attached gps unit.  I've found what looks
like a 'quadzillion' of them with google but it mostly seems they are
