it appears to be a link to a series of powerpoint slides.

ziptude looks like a system of rectangular grids sub-divided by decimal
orders of magnitude. DeCartes would love it.

I see 15 digits for a square meter. Is there a conversion application
available? how do you convert lat/lon to ziptude?
