Hi Thomas You can build applications to do this with hyperGIS, (www.hypergis.com) which is Flash based, and can be combined with any of the Flash chat servers available. You can do simple annotation (lines, points, polys and labels) as well as sending zoom and position. It's not an "off the shelf" solution, but a flexible platform for building specific applications.
