I doubt you'll find a Gadget or other 'widget' that does image overlay
from GeoRSS. I don't believe Google's GeoXML supports it yet from KML
or GeoRSS yet either.

Mapufacture will display overlays in GeoRSS if the
relationshiptag='image-extent'. We've made some demo Gadgets, but
haven't supported image overlays yet.

Do you have an example GeoRSS feed ready that we can try out?
