Hi Espen,

Oracle Spatial has Routing Server which works perfectly fine. I was able to
deploy it on my server and use it successfully in my thesis work. Oracle's
documentation is awesome. There is a sample data for SFO that Oracle
documentation talks about. Oracle's documentation for Oracle Spatial is a
good starting point.
