I do not have any idea about the OS, but can point you towards another
service.

If you are looking for a third party Geocoding Service and Mapping service
(with some level of accuracy guarantees) then I would recommend you to look
at Multimap's API service. I am unsure of all their TOC, but from what I
recall you can just by a Geocoding Solution, or the whole deal which
includes map tiles, api access, address storage, batch geocoding etc etc.
