Hey, we're using upcoming. http://upcoming.yahoo.com/event/1090645/
Let me cc the folks running this one and see if that link can be fixed so that it does the right thing. I'd definitely like to do my part to encourage folks in the area to come on up - I can personally offer a place to stay if needed for some number of people < 10. Note there is a lot of interest and Portland events tend to attract large crowds from even the local area. The IgnitePortland event for example attracts several hundred geeks. Pecha Kucha is similar as well - more artist focused - but a similar level of passion. In fact the entire city seems to be strangely energized.... people are actively going out of their way to work together socially and seem to have a bit more free time to work on collaborative software and art projects ( probably something to do with the cost of living? ). - anselm On Tue, Oct 7, 2008 at 8:56 AM, SteveC <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > anyone going? wiki and site feel a bit empty > > e.g. http://www.wherecamppdx.org/attendees > > Best > > Steve > > _______________________________________________ > Geowanking mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.burri.to/mailman/listinfo/geowanking > -- anselm 415 215 4856 http://hook.org http://makerlab.com http://meedan.net
