Founded in 1997, Quivira Coalition addresses one of today's most critical challenges: reconciling agricultural production with environmental stewardship and social equity. We bring together diverse stakeholders—ranchers, farmers, landowners, Tribal agencies, conservationists, students, and the general public—to create a culture of land stewardship through education, innovation, and collaboration. The Executive Director will guide a talented team of 23 staff members to lead programs that offer producer-focused education and support around regenerative agriculture, healthy soil practices, and training the next generation of land stewards.
