Hi everyone!

I wanted to circulate the preprint of the final version of our piece
"Supporting
the Next Generation of Global Environmental Politics Research: A Call to
Dialogue and Action
<https://www.devoncantwell.com/s/Preprint-Supporting-Next-Gen-GEP-researchers.pdf>"
that has been accepted at *Global Environmental Politics*. Since many folks
on this listserv expressed an interest in learning about ECR perspectives
and understanding how to better support our work within GEP when we
launched this project, I wanted to circulate this here. Additionally, thank
you to those ECRs on this listserv who participated in these conversations
or completed the survey (or to mid and senior career scholars who were so
kind as to help us recruit participants).

We will be following up with some institutional facing one-pagers with a
summary of what we learned and how we think institutions can strengthen
support for ECRs in the field of GEP. Please let me know if you have
questions, feedback, or suggestions of who we can partner with to build on
this work!

Thanks,
Devon
