Many of the studies which I found so far rather discuss, evaluate and assess article by article the Protocol's and Accord's implications from different perspectives and provide only for a general overview on the negotiations with a an almost exclusive focus on the positions of parties but only to a minor extent on the process itself. Could you please help me with some references? Moreover, I would be grateful if you could tell me where I may find an article comparing the duration of negotiaitons of different international environmental agreements. I read something about such an article but surprisingly and unfortunately there was no reference. Thank you very much!
