review should be at least 900 to 1,000 words long and must be submitted for
copy editing by April 30th, 2005
(or earlier). Authors will assume responsibility for evaluating each book
in the context of other recent and relevant publications. Prospective
authors can also suggest longer book review essays of, perhaps, 3,000 to 4,000
words, the exact parameters to be negotiated. Colleagues are encouraged to bring these opportunities to
