All, I recieved a couple of leads with regard to my request for help in locating a human rights listserve and wanted to share the feedback:
Specifically, it was suggested that I conduct a google search for "human rights" listserves (making sure to put human rights in quotes). Having done so, I can assure you that a number of lists do come up and then it is just a matter of sorting through the results to see which lists address topics of interest. Second, it was brought to my attention that The Lowenstein Center at Yale has a listserve on human rights. However, I have not been able to find further information on the list, rather, students at the Center publish an annual journal that can be found on the web.
