Hi Stacy,
One thing I like to include is a module on the Environmental Kuznets Curve. Not only does it let you highlight one of the competing paradigms of sustainable development, but also let's you introduce students to elemental econometrics, including methodological issues associated with environmental economics. Hit me up if you need any articles in this context. wil Dr. Wil Burns Senior Fellow, International Environmental Law Santa Clara University School of Law 500 El Camino Real, Loyola 101 Santa Clara, CA 95053 USA Phone: 408.551.3000 x6139 Mobile: 650.281.9126 Fax: 408.554.2745 [EMAIL PROTECTED] SSRN Author Page: http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/cf_dev/AbsByAuth.cfm?per_id=240348 International Environmental Law Blog: http://lawprofessors.typepad.com/intlenvironment/ _____ From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of VanDeveer, Stacy Sent: Tuesday, July 17, 2007 7:52 AM To: gep-ed@listserve1.allegheny.edu Subject: sust. dev. & teaching Colleagues, I need to incorporate more economic and/or sustainable development themes into my teaching this fall.
