I have a Master's student who wishes to research the effects (and
effectiveness) of regional cooperation concerning the environment of the
South China Sea. I would greatly appreciate any advice that list
members could provide regarding sources of environmental data for this
region and project (which concerns regional fisheries stocks and marine
biodiversity in particular).
So far, I've found a 2005 UNEP Int'l Waters Assessment for the Sea, but
I struck out at gefweb.org (GEF project ID 885 concerns this area, but
there aren't yet evaluation/assessment reports for the project).
