A volunteer position (unpaid) is available in the Development Law
Service, Legal Office of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization in
Rome during January-June 2008. The volunteer will be involved in the
research and analysis of national legal frameworks on forests fires.
Good writing skills in English, capacity to analyse legal texts in
French and Spanish, and a background in international/comparative
environmental/natural resources law will be required.
