Dear GEP-ed list,
Not to break up the terrific discussion on Crichton's "State of Fear" but I am constructing the syllabus for my global environmental law/policy course for the upcoming Fall semester and I am wondering if anyone on the list can recommend a relatively recent scholarly article that is constructive but critical of the role of NGOs in global environmental governance? I welcome any suggestions. Thanks, Howard Howard S. Schiffman, J.D., LL.M., Ph.D. Clinical Associate Professor M.S.
