Hi everyone: I know this isn't really a GEP question, but I hope you can help.
Here at Manhattan College we are thinking about setting up a demonstration "green" dorm room to serve as inspiration for students and to show on tours of the campus. Has this been done on any of your campuses? If so, can you provide me with either a web link or a contact person so we can get some ideas? Also, another initiative on campus is to deal with the huge problem of food waste. Have there been any initiatives on your campus to deal with this? Once again, descriptions, a web site or contact information would be most helpful. I'll compile the results and post them to the list, as usual. Thanks so much for your help!
