Dear Pam and Joe, Island Press two weeks ago published climate scientist Steve Schneider and my CLIMATE CHANGE SCIENCE AND POLICY (2010). It has 49 contributors, took almost four years from start to finish, seems comprehensive, and we hope it will be the climate book of choice for at least the near term.
A second edition of your book would probably come out in 2012, which would be very timely. armin rosencranz ----- Original Message ----- From: "pdoughman" <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Cc: [email protected], [email protected] Sent: Sunday, January 3, 2010 2:54:50 AM GMT +05:30 Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi Subject: Suggestions for second edition of Climate Change (DiMento and Doughman, eds) To the Gep-ed list: The editors and contributing authors of "Climate Change, What it Means for Us, Our Children, and Our Grandchildren" (MIT Press, 2007) are planning to write a second edition.
