MAJOR QUESTION ABOUT THE RUNT PUP

I have a major question about my runt pup.  I was holding her, and I decided to ompare sizes with the others.  She didn't seem that much smaller until I compared her with her sister.  I don't even think she is half the size of her sister.  Is this a normal thing for a runt?  I was hoping I could send one or 2 of your 1 pic of her and her sister to show you how small she is and if she is dieing or something.  Please help me!!!  *She also likes licking things like wood, ceramic food bowls, etc. The Sunflower Clan- Amy Aveda Juan & Many Pups!!!
