kicked of the list??

Hi everyone!

Since I joined this list I have seen the occasional rule broken, I myself did that 
early on by posting a virus alert. I re-read the rules and have abided by them because 
I really enjoy being on this list. I am curious if anyone has ever been kicked off 
this list for continuously breaking the rules?
