The tail has been broken somehow. It will heal by itself. You don't need
to do anything except watch for signs of possible infections The pup will
be fine. (Maybe just a little kinky like many of us.)
The real experts might tell you more and better.
BTW -- For any who wonder why Julian's expertise and wisdom aren't
apparent just now: My NGS journal "The Nibbler" says that he is prolly at
the Bradford Championship Show on Saturday, and that involves the NGS
Annual General Meeting.
