This may be a dumb idea but, if we should happen to get a moniter, I think we should have several of them.  Like, we could nominate the top 3 people (smart, nice, polite) and we can see, and it would be monitered constantly then.  If you don't mind, I don't want to nominate or move anybody, because I think everyone deserves this honor.  I am not trying to be shallow, but I think almost everybody on the list deserves to be the moniter, because everybody has their good qualitys, but also has their bad (except me :) .
