Oh, dear. I didn't know that. I know that many species are not able to
digest milk as adults, because they stop producing the enzyme (lactase)
that digests milk sugar (lactose).

I do know that my grandmother is lactose intolerant, and can drink goat's
milk. I don't know why. I have a strange reluctance to try it, myself. My
grandmother also drinks buttermilk <shudder> and eats vegetables with every
meal. She's 92. =)
