Sort of related: one night my husband told me to look in the boy's nest.
There, showing plainly against the black of Bilbo or Frodo was one gray leg
sticking straight up in the air.  Apparently, Sam was sleeping on his back
with Bilbo or Frodo (or both) sleeping on top of him.  It was so cute.
Just wanted to share. 8-)
