My hands are always freezing, like literally freezing, like so cold it is
hard for me to move them (I am sure it has something to do with me being
enemic). When I pick up my gerbils and pups I think I make them cold. What
on earth can I do to pick up my gerbils without making them freeze?!?!?!?
1) take an iron supplement (assuming the anemia is iron-related and not a
disorder) with a Vitamin C source to increase the absorption
2) warm your hands in warm water before handling the gerbils
BTW, do your fingers turn pale or blue when they are so cold that "it is
hard to move them"? Let me know...
