Georgia & Austin are first time parents, and Austin was like that at first, too... he didn't understand that they had moved down out of the Safari Habitrail loft to on top of the larger pile of pups for a few days, but now that's where he is all the time when they're sleeping. I have noticed that they have one pile of 5 pups and one pile of 2 pups, but they both seem to get fed & be growing equally. Vita & Matthew have been parents before (they came from Doug), and Matthew seemed to take the birth & new babies in stride, & stayed around Vita to help keep them warm. Best wishes, Rebecca in Bryan, Tx
