They 've got plenty of toys , plastic and cardboard
tubes (today I even installed two new tubes , so now they've got 6 tubes
from 5 to 24 inches heading in all directions + about 2 toilet paper tubes
daily) to chew and to run through , branches to climb on , hay to dig
...
But as I mentioned before in "food bowl" I
removed their food bowl - so maybe it is a problem . Last night Bart
was out quite a long time , but Maggie was not . The only two things I
could think of is that she still doesn't get that a food bowl has been removed
or she is (and I think she is ) pregnant ( bud I don't think that pregnancy
would be the reason for sleeping) ...
Now I can only wait to see what is going to happen
(because my nearest vet has never even seen a Gerbil ... I don't know about
the others ...).
