I've had pups like this from a pet store pair. The parents were siblings. I
was supposed to get two of the same sex..but they messed up. This was quite
a few years ago..but anyway to answer your question. The pups I had that
were like this were very friendly as well..but unfortunately around weaning
time or shortly after the pups would get sick and die. I'm assuming it still
needed it's mother and wasn't able to become independant as quickly as the
others. Keep an eye on him and try to feed him extra and perhaps some
replacement formula for a while until you're sure it's eating ok. I saw the
pup eating..but perhaps it wasn't enough to sustain it. Another possibility
is these pups can't support their own immune system..so without mother's milk
they become vunerable to disease. I'm sure that's not the news you wanted to
hear. But it could be that yours will be fine.

As far as the pup with the broken wrist, it probably happened when it was
very young. I have a pup right now with a broken tail. I never noticed it
when it was a pup..but developed it shortly afterwards..so I'm assuming that
it was broke and didn't heal properly and wasn't noticable until it was
older. I don't think it was broke recently because it doesn't seem to cause
him any pain or discomfort. You might have trouble finding a home for him
with a disability..so you may want to keep him and his odd brother (if
they're the same sex..I'm not sure if you said in you letter). I hope that
helps. :)
