OT: Cat Pee

 I have this cat who pees on anything. She will dig first though.  My pants ,
My sister's coat, my window seat mattress , and old barbie clothes are some
of the thing. I don't know if she uses the litterbox. She isn't a kitten she
is 7 years old! Maybe I can clean the litterboxes or something. What can I
do? I can't put treats in the litterbox. The other cat will eat them.She has
been doing this for a few years. What can I do???
