Genetic HELP needed

HI,
 my Pair Pearl and Topaz has had 2 Yellow Fox's and 3 Silver Schimmels!!
I was just looking at the color chart and i saw the Yellow Fox is eef
can it be ee as well?? And the Same for the Silver Nutmegs it said that
they are ee can they be eef as well??? The reason I am asking this is
because my male Topaz is either ee or eef so i am trying to find out
which one he is!!!!
