Have you been on this list for the whole of the last six months?
If so you will have seen a certain person involve themselves in several
failed schemes. You will have seen them say they were leaving the list
several times only to reappear within days (I see they have just done it
again). You will have seen them use pirated material on their webpages.
You will have seen them change addresses regularly. You will have seen
them send chain messages asking for money to the list. You will have
seen her post when people complained about the chain message that she
knew AOL would take no action against her as others had complained in
the past. You will have seen her repeatedly state things that if not
designed to get a response of horror or disgust, could only be posted by
someone with a very low IQ or other motives. You will have seen a well
known and well loved member of this list leave because of his treatment
by this person and others despite spending a lot of time and effort
trying to assist this person behave in a more sensible way.
I am not saying this as an attack on anyone. It is simply a statement as
to why many of the people on this list have no time for a certain person
and will rejoice if one of her declarations that she is leaving really
comes true.
It also explains the desire of many people to try and warn others that
dealing with this person could mean trouble.
